Moulinex offers a new version of its famous Cookeo cooker called Cookeo+ connect, this time with a model connected by bluetooth and integrating nearly 200 recipes directly into the device to give you a wide range of choices. Offered at €259.99, the multifunction robot from Moulinex is astonishing.

The accessories supplied with the Robot Cooker
#

When unpacking the product, you will find the essentials to be able to make hot or cold dishes, i.e. the Robot cooker, a cooking vat and a steam basket. Other essential accessories such as the spatula are not supplied with the product. The ceramic cooking vessel has a total capacity of 6 litres, which is ideal for preparing dishes for 6 people. The food processor is equipped with a 7.5 centimetre diagonal colour screen with a relatively low resolution, as the pixels on the screen are clearly distinguishable. Only 2 buttons are present to manage the device, namely a central wheel with a validation button and a second return button.

The Cookéo + connect functionalities
#

The Cookeo + Connect can be set up in 2 modes, namely an automatic mode composed of pre-recorded recipes, and a manual mode where you will be free to make your own recipes. In the latter case, you will have the choice between 6 different cooking modes (Under pressure, simmer, browning, gentle cooking, reheating and keeping warm). The automatic mode includes 200 recipes that you can make. Also, the Cookeo + connect has a search function so that you can list the possible recipes with the available ingredients. Finally, the Cookeo connects to the smartphone via Bluetooth. Indeed, the robot cooker is limited to 200 recipes, however with the connection to the smartphone, it will be possible to make additional recipes. Results in the kitchen

The results are quite surprising since the recipes are good. Overall, the cooking times and temperatures are well respected. The food processor will ensure that the meat and/or fish is cooked to the desired consistency. Moreover, the manual mode is also a success, with a particularly efficient preheating mode. Of course, the expected results will not be of the order of a top-of-the-range multifunction robot, however, the Cookeo + Connect ensures more than the essentials by producing quality recipes.

In conclusion, like its predecessors, the Cookeo + Connect continues to spread the image of a product with an excellent quality/price ratio. Indeed, despite a very low price, it will generate quality recipes. Moreover, its handling is very instinctive and its maintenance is very easy. Moreover, its connectivity allows it to enrich its portfolio of recipes on a daily basis. The product is therefore suitable for any cooking novice who wants to save time. Finally, as Moulinex is part of the SEB group, the manufacturer is committed to ensuring the availability of parts for 10 years, and to guaranteeing its robot for 2 years.
