- 600 g firm pulp potatoes
- 1 litre of frying oil

Preparation
- Peel and wash your potatoes and cut them into the shape of thin French fries.
- Rinse your potatoes in cold water to remove the starch and then dry them with a cloth.
- Heat the oil in a deep fryer or a large stewpot.
- It is important to fry the potatoes for 2-3 minutes in small batches .
- Drain the potatoes.
- Re-bake your fries in oil for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Drain them well.
- Now you can enjoy your fries with salt.

Ingredients
- 2 puff pastes
- 140 g almond powder
- 100 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 75 g soft butter
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 bean
Preparation
- Place the first puff pastry on baking parchment and place it in a baking tin.
- Make small holes in the dough with the tines of a fork.
- In a bowl, mix the sugar, almond powder, softened butter and eggs.
- Spread the filling over the dough.
- Position the bean.
- Superimpose the second dough on top of the first.
- Draw a large flower on the cake with a knife (do not press very hard).
- Bake at 200°C for 20 to 30 minutes.

Put the cake in a pie tin.
Marble cake

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 200 g caster sugar
- 250 g flour
- 1 plain yoghurt
- 1 bag of yeast
- 120 ml of oil
- 150 to 200 g of chocolate
Preparation
- Melt the butter and let it cool.
- In a bowl, add the flour, sugar and salt.
- Make a well and pour the eggs into it.
- Mix gently. When the mixture becomes pasty, add the milk little by little to avoid lumps.
- When the milk is well mixed, your paste should be liquid. If your paste is too thick, add more milk.
- Add the butter.
- Let the pancake batter rest for 30 minutes with a tea towel over your bowl.
- You can now cook them in a pan and enjoy them.

- 1 sachet of yeast powder
- 2.5 empty pot of flour
- 1.5 empty jar of sugar
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 1/2 empty jar of olive oil
- 10 g butter
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a bowl, pour the yoghurt, sugar, flour and vanilla sugar into a bowl.
- Stir in the eggs, olive oil and the sachet of baking powder.
- Mix well (the dough should be smooth).
- Butter a baking tin and fold in the dough.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
- Now you can enjoy your delicious yoghurt cake.

- 4 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons of cinnamon
- 1 puff pastry
- 5 apples
- 1 egg yolk
Preparation
- Coarsely chop the apples and put them in a saucepan.
- Melt the apple pieces, sugar and cinnamon.
- In the meantime, cut circles out of the puff pastry.
- When the apples have finished melting, place a dollop of applesauce on top and close the edges, taking care to fold them over.
- You can make beautiful decorations with a knife.

- 250 g raspberries
- 600 g raspberry coulis
- 500 g smooth curd cheese
- 2 lemons
- 6 gelatine leaves
- 2 eggs
- 100 g caster sugar
Preparation
- Let the gelatine leaves stand for 5 minutes in a bowl of cold water.
- Wring out the gelatin leaves.
- Collect the juice from your lemons.
- In a saucepan, melt the gelatine leaves with the lemon juice over very low heat.
- Allow your preparation to cool.
- Whisk your egg whites until stiff.
- In a salad bowl, whisk together the cottage cheese, sugar, gelatine and the two egg yolks. Add the raspberry coulis and your egg whites.
- Pour your preparation into a mold.
- Leave to rest in the fridge for 4 hours.
- Turn out your bavarois on a dish.
- Finish by decorating your Bavarian with raspberries.

Preparation

- Cook the burgers in a frying pan.
- Mince the onions and fry them in a separate pan.
- Grill the bacon slices.
- Slice the tomatoes.
- Place a slice of cheese on the bread cut in half, place 2 slices of tomatoes, 1 slice of bacon, then the chopped steak, the onion pieces, another slice of bacon and another slice of cheese. Cover the whole with the slice of bread.
- Place in the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.

Chocolate banana cake

- Melt a lump of butter in a frying pan, place the bananas in it and sprinkle with sugar. Fry them for 5 minutes and then leave to cool.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until the mixture whitens.
- Add the flour and baking powder.
- Make the butter and add it to the mixture.
- Add the bananas and the chocolate cut into pieces.
- Pour into a buttered and floured mould.

Ingredients
Crust
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1/2 cup liquid honey
- 2 cups rice krispies
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup crushed nuts
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup dark or milk chocolate chips
Trim
- 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
- A cup of dark or milk chocolate chips
Preparation of the crust
- Heat the liquid honey, brown sugar, half a cup of chocolate chips, margarine and peanut butter.
- Remove from the heat and add the crushed nuts and cereal.

Preparation of the filling
- In a saucepan, heat a cup of chocolate and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter over very low heat.
- When the mixture is very smooth, mix and pour it over the crust with a spatula and spread well.
