French fries

Ingredients
- 600 g firm pulp potatoes
- 1 litre of frying oil
- salt
Preparation
- Peel and wash your potatoes and cut them into the shape of thin French fries.
- Rinse your potatoes in cold water to remove the starch and then dry them with a cloth.
- Heat the oil in a deep fryer or a large stewpot.
- It is important to fry the potatoes for 2-3 minutes in small batches .
- Drain the potatoes.
- Re-bake your fries in oil for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Drain them well.
- Now you can enjoy your fries with salt.
