Pasta with salmon saffron and leeks

Ingredients

  • 500 g pasta
  • 2 poiareaux
  • 4 slices of salmon
  • 1 shallot
  • 2 pods of saffron
  • 1 teaspoon curry
  • 1 briquette of single cream
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • salt
  • pepper
  • butter

Preparation

  1. Chop the shallot and leeks.
  2. Fry the shallot and leeks in a saucepan with a knob of butter.
  3. Sauté the leeks until they are soft and melting.
  4. Cut the salmon into small pieces.
  5. Add the salmon to the preparation.
  6. Leave the salmon to cook a little.
  7. Add the white wine.
  8. Pour in the spices.
  9. Leave leather.
  10. Add the liquid cream.
  11. Cook your pasta.
  12. Put the pasta and sauce on plates.
  13. Now you can enjoy your delicious plate of salmon, saffron and leek cake.
