- 1 pizza dough
- 2 large onions
- 40 cl heavy cream
- 60 g bacon
- 1 tablespoon of rapeseed oil
- gruyère
- salt
Preparation
- Spread the pizza dough on a baking sheet.
- Chop the onions and spread them on the dough.
- Pour the bacon and cream over the dough.
- Sprinkle with rapeseed oil.
- Sprinkle with gruyere cheese.
- Salt.
- Bake at 250°C for 5 to 10 minutes.
