Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough
  • 2 large onions
  • 40 cl heavy cream
  • 60 g bacon
  • 1 tablespoon of rapeseed oil
  • gruyère
  • salt

Preparation

  1. Spread the pizza dough on a baking sheet.
  2. Chop the onions and spread them on the dough.
  3. Pour the bacon and cream over the dough.
  4. Sprinkle with rapeseed oil.
  5. Sprinkle with gruyere cheese.
  6. Salt.
  7. Bake at 250°C for 5 to 10 minutes.
