Pasta with easy 4 cheese sauce

Ingredients

  • 400 g pasta
  • 100 g parmesan cheese
  • 100 g mozzarella cheese
  • 100 g goat’s cheese
  • 50 g sweet gorgonzola
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 25 g butter
  • Pepper
  • Salt

Preparation

Sauce:

  1. Mix the cheeses and butter over low heat.
  2. Season the sauce and add the nutmeg. Pasta:
  3. Bring the water to the boil and add the salt.
  4. Add the dough and cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
  5. Pour the sauce over the pasta and serve.
