Pasta with easy 4 cheese sauce

Ingredients
- 400 g pasta
- 100 g parmesan cheese
- 100 g mozzarella cheese
- 100 g goat’s cheese
- 50 g sweet gorgonzola
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 25 g butter
- Pepper
- Salt
Preparation
Sauce:
- Mix the cheeses and butter over low heat.
- Season the sauce and add the nutmeg. Pasta:
- Bring the water to the boil and add the salt.
- Add the dough and cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
- Pour the sauce over the pasta and serve.
