Recipe

  • About 18 pancakes
  • Dough preparation time 5 minutes
  • Cooking time 30 minutes
  • Rest time of the dough 1 hour

Ingredients

  • 700 g buckwheat flour
  • 1 egg
  • A teaspoon of coarse salt
  • 1.25 litres of water
  • 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil

Preparation

  1. Mix the buckwheat flour, salt and egg in a large bowl.
  2. Put a tea towel over the salad bowl.
  3. Let the dough rest for 1 hour.
  4. After letting the dough rest, add the sunflower oil and mix well.
  5. Then you can bake your pancakes on a billig or a frying pan.
  6. To finish, garnish your galette and eat it hot.
