Ingredients
- 700 g buckwheat flour
- 1 egg
- A teaspoon of coarse salt
- 1.25 litres of water
- 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil
Preparation
- Mix the buckwheat flour, salt and egg in a large bowl.
- Put a tea towel over the salad bowl.
- Let the dough rest for 1 hour.
- After letting the dough rest, add the sunflower oil and mix well.
- Then you can bake your pancakes on a billig or a frying pan.
- To finish, garnish your galette and eat it hot.
