Ingredients
- 900 g nectarines
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 225 g flour
- 100 g butter
- 100 g brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Cut the nectarines in half, then remove the pits and cut them into quarters.
- Spread them in an oven dish.
- Sprinkle with lemon juice and powder with sugar.
- In a bowl, pour the flour, butter cut into pieces and a pinch of salt.
- Mix with your fingers to obtain large crumbs.
- Add the sugar and mix well.
- Spread the crumble over the nectarines.
- Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes.
- You can now enjoy your delicious nectarine crumble.
