Lasagne
It is the Italian family dish par excellence.

- Cooking time 30 minutes
Ingredients
For the bolognese:
- Lasagna dough (without pre-cooking)
- 600 g tomato sauce
- 350 g minced meat
- 100 g grated Gruyere cheese
- 1 onion
For the béchamel:
**Bolognese.
- Peel and chop the onion .
- Fry it in a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
- When the onion has finished cooking, add the chopped steak and grill it.
- Add the tomato sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Leave on low heat. Béchamel
- Melt the butter.
- Add the flour.
- Mix with a whisk over medium heat.
- When the mixture is homogeneous, add the milk gradually.
- Mix continuously with the whisk so that the bechamel thickens. Disposition
- In a casserole dish, first place the bolognese, then cover with lasagna pasta and spread the béchamel sauce, then repeat (at least 2 more times).
- Add the Gruyere cheese on top of the lasagna.
- Bake at 355°F for 45 minutes.
Tip
To check if the pasta is cooked well, prick it with a knife and the knife should sink in well.
